When preparing your travel route, include a visit to Boipeba Island, to the south. Its best known beach is called Moreré, with inns and restaurants. The local Atlantic Rain Forest, the long spit of land running into the sea, the sand dunes, extensive mangroves and paradisiacal beaches full of coconut trees and coral reefs it is allecologically protected.
